Special requirements

The Students’ Union must consider the risks of all its activities and has a legal responsibility for people visiting the premises, in particular for those who are more vulnerable such as children and young people.

The Gallery, Activities and Sports Zone and our bookable spaces were not designed with children in mind, but children are welcome if they are accompanied by an adult.

These spaces may be booked for organised child-friendly activities, but a risk assessment must be completed first.

Please contact us for more information on this.
