Join This GroupGPSoc is a student-led society affiliated with the Royal College of General Practitioners, and we are committed to promoting GP as a diverse, exciting career. We support our peers through revision sessions, mock exams and career talks delivered by experts in the field of Primary Care and Public Health. In addition, we offer elective bursaries, hold essay writing competitions and distribute event certificates, recognising students’ efforts to enhance the start of their medical careers.
In 2020/2021, our committee aims to deliver the following:
Phase 1 - Critical analysis seminar, CAS seminar, Anatomy Mock Spotter
Phase 2a - Mock SBA questions
Phase 2b - End of year assessment revision and preparation
Phase 3a - GP and public health revision lecture
Phase 3b - Revision lecture
Phase 4 - Revision lecture
Our society is absolutely FREE to sign up and you get CERTIFICATES for your portfolios!
Members get priority to the limited spaces for mocks and events so make sure to sign up.

All of our clubs and societies are run by a committee.
A committee is a team of people that lead, organise and publicise a group within your Students' Union.
It can be really rewarding as well as being a great way to gain experience and invaluable skills for your future career.
