Health and Wellbeing

Wellbeing is about being in good physical and mental health. Here are some health and well-being resources that might be useful to you.

Mental Health Support

Nightline is a student-run, confidential and anonymous non-advisory listening and information service.

Welfare Committee organise and run exciting campaigns and events in the Students' Union, University and Student Villages to engage with students on a range of welfare issues from housing and budgeting to alcohol awareness and mental health.

Sheffield Mental Health Guide are available whenever you need them – helping you navigate the highs and lows of your mental health journey.

SAMHS is the first point of contact for students to explore a broad range of psychological support needs in a single triage appointment.

Report and Support if you or someone else experience any form of discrimination, then you can use this site to report your concerns and access support.
