Coffee Revolution is Sheffield Students' Unions own high-volume fair trade cafe open 7 days a week in term time to give our customers artisan coffee, sandwiches, and cakes in a comfortable home-from-home environment.
As Assistant Outlet Manager you will champion the Coffee Rev ethos to help your team deliver service excellence to customers at all times by being an advocate for training and development, product knowledge and commitment. You will support the Outlet Manager in ensuring that the outlet operates to agreed procedures, budgets and business plans.
Your skills and experience
You will join the team with a record of delivering outstanding customer service at a management or senior staff level in a catering or bar environment, working in line with agreed budgets and deadlines to ensure your outlet is maximising all trading opportunities. You’ll be a real people person, always accessible and committed to empowering your team through development opportunities and positive leadership. Experience of working as a Barista is highly desirable and any specific Barista experience should be clearly detailed on the application form.
