This summer, Sheffield Students’ Union is delighted to be offering the 100 hour Third Sector Placement scheme!
This is an exciting paid opportunity for students to gain substantial experience with a local Sheffield charity. The scheme is funded by a Sheffield alumnus who is especially keen to help today’s students get involved and gain insight into the Third Sector. In particular, students who have faced barriers to building up their community voluntary experience whilst at university.
There are a variety of placements, some of which will be done virtually, so you don't need to be in Sheffield. View the 6 opportunities on the Sheffield Volunteering website.
Click the links to the individual role descriptions and apply via the relevant Google form, which can be found in the individual role descriptions.
Application deadline: Tuesday 16th June at 11pm.
Applicants must meet certain criteria to be eligible for the 100 hour Third Sector Placement Scheme. Please check that you are eligible to apply on this information document.
